We typically have availability for most appointments within 1–3 days, but choosing certain services, picking a specific photographer, weather, or increased volume during peak season may affect availability.
We pride ourselves on our swift service. You can expect a turnaround time of 24 hours for your media delivery. Once your order is placed and confirmed, our team works diligently to ensure your media reaches you promptly within this timeframe.
No, as long as we have full access to the property via a lockbox, or access code, you don’t need to be on-site. However, we recommend that the agent be present to ensure we capture the specific shots you want. If the agent is not available, the photographer’s interpretation will be considered acceptable.
In Vancouver (and the area surrounding), weather can be unpredictable, particularly during the winter months. If there is heavy rain, the photographer will decide whether the photoshoot needs to be rescheduled especially for drone shots. For overcast skies, we offer free sky replacements in our photos, ensuring that your images look vibrant and appealing regardless of the weather conditions.
Yes. RC Real Estate Media is operated by a Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Certificate holder. We conduct all commercial drone operations in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and obtain any required authorizations when necessary.
